Komparasi Pendapatan Usahatani Padi di Provinsi Banten
Abstract
Beras masih menjadi makanan pokok bagi sebagian besar penduduk di Indonesia. Padi sebagai penghasil beras memiliki peran penting dalam memenuhi kebutuhan bahan pangan pokok ini. Padi merupakan komoditas tanaman pangan dengan jumlah produksi tertinggi di Indonesia. Berdasarkan tipe lahan padi terbagi menjadi padi sawah dan padi ladang. Provinsi Banten termasuk dalam 10 provinsi dengan hasil produksi padi terbesar di Indonesia. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang berasal dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) melalui Sensus Pertanian 2013: Suvei Rumah Tangga Usaha Tanaman Pangan Tahun 2014. Jumlah sampel petani padi adalah 3.641 petani. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu analisis biaya, penerimaan, pendapatan, R/C ratio, dan produktivitas modal (π/C) usahatani padi ladang dan padi sawah. Komponen biaya tunai terbesar adalah biaya pupuk sedangkan pada biaya non tunai adalah biaya tenaga kerja dalam keluarga (TKDK). Pendapatan usahatani padi ladang dan padi sawah atas biaya tunai maupun atas biaya total bernilai lebih dari 1. Nilai produktivitas modal atas biaya total usahatani padi ladang bernilai 0,33 sedangkan padi sawah bernilai 0,02. Rice is still the staple food for most of the population in Indonesia. Paddy as a producer of rice has an important role in meeting the needs of this staple food. Rice is a food crop commodity with the highest amount of production in Indonesia. Based on the type of land, paddy is divided into lowland rice and upland rice. Banten Province is included in the 10 provinces with the largest rice production in Indonesia. The data used in this study is secondary data originating from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) through the 2013 Agricultural Census: Survey of Food Crops Business Households in 2014. The number of samples of rice farmers is 3,641 farmers. The research method used in this study is the analysis of costs, revenues, income, R/C ratio, and capital productivity (π/C) of field paddy and lowland paddy farming. The largest cash cost component is the cost of non-cash costs is labor in the family (TKDK). Farming income for upland rice and lowland rice for cash costs as well as for total costs is worth more than 1. The productivity value for upland rice produces a value of 0.33 and lowland rice was 0.02.
