dc.description.abstract | Populasi purwoceng pada saat ini terbatas di Dataran Tinggi Dieng dan populasinya kian langka. Budidaya tanaman purwoceng di lahan terbuka menghadapi risiko embun beku. Pada penelitian ini, budidaya tanaman purwoceng dilakukan secara hidroponik di dalam greenhouse. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melakukan analisis statistik dan evaluasi terhadap data sampel tanaman purwoceng yang dibudidayakan menggunakan sistem hidroponik irigasi tetes, untuk mendapatkan sistem hidroponik terbaik pada budidaya tanaman purwoceng. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 2 perlakuan dan 4 kali ulangan. Perlakuan pertama adalah jenis sistem hidroponik irigasi tetes yang meliputi dua taraf yaitu secara non-resirkulasi dan resirkulasi. Perlakuan kedua adalah kepekatan larutan nutrisi yang terdiri dari tiga taraf yaitu 2000 ppm, 1500 ppm, dan 1000 ppm. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perlakuan irigasi tetes non- resirkulasi dan kepekatan larutan nutrisi 1000 ppm dan 1500 ppm menghasilkan kadar fenolik dan flavonoid akar dan daun tertinggi. Sistem irigasi tetes non- resirkulasi memungkinkan tanaman purwoceng tumbuh lebih baik dibandingkan sistem irigasi tetes resirkulasi. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan rata-rata jumlah daun dan jumlah cabang tertinggi ada pada sistem irigasi tetes non-resirkulasi dengan kepekatan larutan nutrisi 1000 ppm dan 1500 ppm. | id |
dc.description.abstract | The population of purwoceng is currently limited to the Dieng Plateau and the population is increasingly scarce. Purwoceng cultivation in open fields faces the risk of frost. In this study, purwoceng cultivation was carried out hydroponically in a greenhouse. The purpose of this study was to perform statistical analysis and evaluation to sample data of purwoceng plants cultivated using drip irrigation hydroponic systems, to obtain the best hydroponic system for purwoceng cultivation. The study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 2 treatments and 4 replications. The first treatment was a type of drip irrigation hydroponic system which included non-recirculating and recirculation. The second treatment was the concentration of the nutrient solution which included 2000 ppm, 1500 ppm, and 1000 ppm. The results showed that non-recirculating drip irrigation and nutrient solution concentrations of 1000 ppm and 1500 ppm resulted the highest phenolic and flavonoid levels in roots and leaves. The non-recirculating drip irrigation system allows purwoceng plants to grow better than the recirculating drip irrigation system. This was indicated by the average number of leaves and the highest number of branches in the non-recirculating drip irrigation system with nutrient solution concentrations of 1000 ppm and 1500 ppm. | id |
