dc.description.abstractIklim komunikasi menggambarkan suasana berlangsungnya proses komunikasi. Iklim komunikasi yang kondusif menghasilkan efektivitas kerja yang baik dan mendorong organisasi berkembang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis hubungan antara iklim komunikasi suportif dengan efektivitas kerja dan tingkat perkembangan usaha BUMDes di masa pandemi. Metode survei digunakan untuk memperoleh data primer dari 30 responden (empat pengurus dan 26 karyawan BUMDes). Data juga dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan narasumber dari Direktur BUMDes, Manajer unit usaha dan karyawan masing-masing unit usaha. Variabel yang diteliti terdiri atas iklim komunikasi suportif, tingkat efektivitas kerja dan tingkat perkembangan usaha BUMDes. Uji rank spearman digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan nyata antara iklim komunikasi suportif (tingkat spontanitas karyawan dan tingkat keleluasaan karyawan menerima saran) dengan efektivitas kerja (tingkat prestasi kerja dan kemampuan menyesuaikan diri). Terdapat hubungan sangat nyata antara efektivitas kerja (tingkat kepuasan kerja, tingkat prestasi kerja dan kemampuan menyesuaikan diri) dengan tingkat perkembangan usaha BUMDes (tingkat kekuatan kelembagaan dan tingkat penguatan kapasitas karyawan).id
dc.description.abstractCommunication climate describes the atmosphere in which the communication process takes place. A conducive communication climate results in good work effectiveness and encourages the organization to develop. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between a supportive communication climate with work effectiveness and the level of business development of BUMDes during the pandemic. The survey method was used to obtain primary data from 30 respondents (4 administrators and 26 BUMDes employees). Data were also collected through in-depth interviews with resource persons from the BUMDes Director, unit managers and employees. The variables studied consisted of a supportive communication climate, the level of work effectiveness and the level of BUMDes business development. Spearman rank test was used to analyze the data. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between supportive communication climate (level of spontaneity and level of freedom to accept suggestions) and work effectiveness (level of work performance and adaptability). There is a very real relationship between work effectiveness (level of job satisfaction, level of job performance and ability to adapt) with the level of business development of BUMDes (level of institutional strength and level of strengthening of employee capacity).id
