dc.description.abstractTingkat kesulitan dan produktivitas dalam melakukan pekerjaan evakuasi hasil panen di lahan terasering ditentukan oleh kondisi lahan. Jika kelas kemiringan lerengnya semakin curam, maka lebar teras yang bisa dibuat akan semakin sempit, alat evakuasi hasil panen padi pada lahan datar menjadi sulit beroperasi di lahan terasering, petani di lahan terasering umumnya melakukan proses evakuasi hasil panen dengan cara dipanggul. Hal tersebut berimplikasi pada tingkat beban kerja yang sangat tinggi bahkan berisiko tinggi untuk terjadinya kecelakaan kerja yang dapat berakibat fatal karena karakteristik pekerjaan yang demikian itu. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan studi terkait ergonomika pada proses evakuasi hasil panen di lahan terasering. Penelitian dilakukan di lahan terasering Desa Seda Kecamatan Mandirancan Kabupaten Kuningan Provinsi Jawa Barat yang terletak 700 meter di atas permukaan laut. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 4 orang dengan usia 57-64 tahun, subjek yang diteliti melewati 2 lintasan evakuasi dengan tingkat kemiringan yang berbeda. Tingkat kemiringan lintasan evakuasi sebesar 12 derajat (subjek A dan B) dan 10 derajat (subjek C dan D) yang diketahui menggunakan alat teodolit. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui tingkat beban kerja, laju konsumsi energi dalam bekerja dan jumlah tenaga kerja ideal yang dibutuhkan pada proses evakuasi hasil panen padi di lahan terasering Desa Seda. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa pekerjaan evakuasi hasil panen di lahan terasering yang dilakukan di lokasi studi ini secara umum masuk dalam kategori tingkat kejerihan sangat berat. Sedangkan dari aspek laju konsumsi energi, energi rata-rata yang dikonsumsi untuk evakuasi hasil panen di lahan terasering lokasi studi sebesar 3,65 kkal/menit. Selanjutnya, hasil analisis ergonomika berdasarkan pendekatan beban kerja dan studi waktu ini menunjukkan bahwa jumlah tenaga kerja seharusnya yang dibutuhkan untuk proses evakuasi hasil panen gabah sebanyak 60 kwintal GKP per hari dengan cara kerja dipanggul di lahan terasering Desa Seda sebanyak 5 orang per hari atau dengan kata lain, rata-rata kapasitas kerja evakuasi hasil panen untuk setiap pekerja adalah 12 kwintal/hari kerja.id
dc.description.abstractLevel of difficulty and productivity in carried out work of evacuation crops on terraced fields determined by the condition of the land. If the slope class is steeper, then the width of the terrace that can be made will be narrower, rice harvest evacuation tool on flat fields becomes difficult to operate on terraced fields, farmers on terraced fields generally carried out the process of evacuation crops by carrying them on their shoulders. It has implications for very high level of workload and even high risk for work accidents that can be fatal because of the characteristics of such work. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct a study related to ergonomics in the process of evacuation crops on terraced field. The research was conducted on the terraced fields of Seda Village, Mandirancan District, Kuningan Regency, West Java Province located 700 meters above sea level. The research subjects were 4 people aged around 57-64 years, the subjects passed 2 evacuation routes with different levels of inclination. The slope of the evacuation routes is 10 degrees (subjects A and B) and 12 degrees (subjects C and D) known to use theodolite. This study aims to determine the level of workload, energy consumption at work and the ideal number of workers needed in the process of evacuation rice harvests on terraced fields in Seda Village. The results of this study prove that the work of evacuation crops on terraced fields in study location generally fall into the category of very heavy weariness Meanwhile, from aspect of energy consumption rate, the average energy consumed for evacuation crops in terraced field of the study location is 3.65 kcal/minute. Furthermore, the results of the ergonomic analysis based on the workload approach and time study indicate that the number of workers needed for the evacuation process of the grain harvest is 60 quintals of GKP per day by carrying on the shoulder on the terraced fields of Seda Village as many as 5 people per day or in the other words, the average of evacuation crops working capacity for each worker is 12 quintals/working day.id
