| dc.description.abstract | The potential for zakat in South Tangerang City reaches 40 billion rupiah in 2021, but the realization of zakat collected in South Tangerang City has only reached 14 billion rupiah in 2020. This indicates that the potential of zakat in South Tangerang City is still far from being realized. Mosques can help BAZNAS in collecting zakat funds. A suitable mosque in helping the people of South Tangerang City to pay zakat is the Great Mosque of Bintaro Jaya (MRBJ). MRBJ has formed LAZ so that it can be trusted in collecting zakat. The purpose of this study is to observe how the management of zakat receipts in LAZ MRBJ and analyze the factors that influence muzakki to pay zakat in LAZ MRBJ. The study was conducted at MRBJ using factor analysis (FA) with confirmatory factor analysis. There are 4 variables studied, namely institutional credibility, management credibility, service quality and socialization. The results of this study indicate that the dominant factor influencing muzakki in paying zakat at LAZ MRBJ is management credibility. The implication of this research is that if muzakki want to pay zakat, then pay zakat at LAZ, because LAZ already has permission to collect, distribute, and utilize zakat. | id |
