      Pengaruh Manajemen Pakan Fluhsing Berbeda Terhadap Hematologi Induk Domba di Akhir Kebuntingan

      Abstract
      Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis efek dari manajemen pakan flushing yang berbeda pada hematologi domba lokal di akhir kebuntingan. Ternak yang digunakan sebanyak 12 ekor domba lokal betina laktasi kedua dengan berat rata- rata 29,75 ± 6,02 kg dan ditempatkan di kandang individu. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok 4 x 3 yang dikelompokkan berdasarkan bobot badan ternak. Perlakuan terdiri atas P1 = Tanpa flushing, P2 = Flushing sebelum dan setelah kawin, P3 = Flushing sebelum dan setelah kawin serta tengah kebuntingan, P4 = Flushing sebelum dan setelah kawin, tengah serta akhir kebuntingan. Perbandingan hijauan dan konsentrat dalam ransum adalah 30:70 berdasarkan bahan kering. Parameter yang diamati adalah hematokrit, kadar hemoglobin, Butir Darah Merah (BDM), Butir Darah Putih (BDP), dan persentase diferensiasi leukosit yang terdiri dari limfosit, monosit, neutrofil, basofil, dan eosinofil. Analisis data menggunakan uji ANOVA dan Duncan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan tidak berpengaruh nyata (P>0,05) terhadap hematokrit, kadar hemoglobin, Butir Darah Merah (BDM), dan diferensiasi leukosit. Manajemen flushing berpengaruh signifikan (P<0,05) terhadap Butir Darah Putih (BDP). Dapat disimpulkan flushing sebelum dan setelah kawin, tengah dan akhir kebuntingan meningkatkan nilai hematologi ternak dibandingkan dengan perlakuan tanpa flushing, flushing sebelum dan sesudah kawin, flushing sebelum dan sesudah kawin serta tengah kebuntingan.
       
      This study was aimed to analyze the effects of different flushing feed management on the hematology of local sheep at the end of pregnancy. This research used 12 second lactating local ewes, average weight was 29,75 ± 6,20 kg and placed in individual cages. This research used a randomized block design (RBD) with 4x3 that are grouped based on body weight of ewes. The treatments consisted of P1 = without flushing, P2 = flushing during before and after matting, P3 = flushing during before and after matting, and in the middle of pregnancy, P4 = flushing during before and after matting, in the middle and end of pregnancy. Ratio forages and concentrate in the ration were, 30:70 % dry matter basis. The parameter observed were hematocrit, hemoglobin level, Red Blood Cell (RBC), White Blood Cell (WBC), and leukocyte diferentation consisting of lymphocytes, monocytes, neutrophils, basophils, and eosinophils. The data were analyzed using ANOVA and Duncan test. The results showed that the treatment did not significant effect (P>0,05) on hematocrit, level hemoglobin, Red Blood Cell, and leukocyte diferentation. Flushing management had significant effect (P<0,05) on White Blood Cell (WBC). This study concluded that treatment with flushing before and after mating, midle of pregnancy and end of pregnancy increases hematological value of cattle compared to treatments without flushing, flushing before and after mating, and flushing before and after mating, midle of pregnancy.
