Pengembangan Bisnis CV Anglur Selur dengan Pendekatan Business Model Canvas
Abstract
Pengembangan UMKM di Indonesia merupakan salah satu prioritas dalam pembangunan perekonomian nasional. CV Anglur Selur merupakan salah satu UMKM di bidang kuliner lokal khas Kota Pekalongan yang berbasis inovasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan bisnis CV Anglur Selur dan memperoleh alternatif strategi pengembangan usaha dengan pendekatan Business Model Canvas dan Analisis SWOT. Metode yang digunakan bersifat kualitatif berupa observasi lapangan, wawancara, FGD dan dokumentasi serta pengembangan model bisnis menggunakan Business Model Canvas. Penelitian ini menghasilkan Business Model Canvas saat ini dan perbaikan untuk masa yang akan datang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh hasil beberapa alternatif strategi yaitu pengembangan pasar dengan pemanfaatan pasar online, pengembangan produk, penambahan tenaga kerja dan peningkatan kapasitas SDM, mempercepat pengurusan ijin legal pendukung, penambahan mitra potensial,serta penambahan modal usaha. Strategi tersebut diperoleh berdasarkan kombinasi sembilan elemen Business Model Canvas dengan analisis SWOT. The development of MSMEs in Indonesia is one of the priorities in the development of the national economy. CV Anglur Selur is one of the SMEs in the local culinary field typical of Pekalongan City which is innovation-based. This study aims to map the business of CV Anglur Selur and obtain an alternative strategy for business development using the Business Model Canvas approach and SWOT analysis. The method used is qualitative in the form of field observation, interviews, and documentation as well as the development of a business model using the business model canvas way of thinking. This research produces a current Business Model Canvas and improvements for the future. Based on the results of the study, several alternative strategies were obtained, namely market development by utilizing online markets, product development, adding labor and increasing human resource capacity, accelerating supporting legal permits, adding potential partners, and increasing business capital. The strategy is obtained based on a combination of the nine elements of the Business Model Canvas with a SWOT analysis.
