      Abstract
      Kementerian Pertanian mengupayakan pengembangan daging kelinci yang dapat menjadi salah satu alternatif penyedia protein hewani selain ayam dan sapi. Arnabun Rabbitry merupakan peternakan kelinci yang berfokus dalam penyediaan bibit dan pengolahan hasil ternak kelinci pedaging. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merumuskan alternatif strategi yang dapat diterapkan oleh Arnabun Rabbitry menggunakan pendekatan Business Model Canvas (BMC). Metode yang digunakan adalah BMC dan analisis SWOT. Alternatif strategi yang didapatkan merupakan kombinasi dari sembilan elemen BMC dan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan beberapa alternatif strategi yaitu memanfaatkan teknologi dan inovasi, memperkuat aktivitas pemasaran dan memperluas segmentasi pasar, berkerjasama dengan komunitas peternak kelinci dan pemasok, meningkatkan pelayanan dan memperkuat hubungan dengan pelanggan, merekrut sumber daya manusia yang ahli dibidangnya, serta memasukan produk kedalam e-commerce.
       
      The Ministry of Agriculture is trying to develop rabbit meat, an alternative provider of animal protein other than chicken and beef. Arnabun Rabbitry is a rabbit farm that focuses on providing livestock seeds and processing livestock into meats. This study aims to formulate alternative strategies that can be implemented by Arnabun Rabbitry using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach. The method used is Business Model Canvas and SWOT analysis. The alternative strategy obtained is a combination of nine elements of BMC and SWOT analysis. The results of this research contains in several alternative strategies, such as utilizing technology and innovation, strengthening marketing activities and expanding market segmentation, collaborating with communities and suppliers, improving services and strengthening relationships with customers, recruiting human resources who are experts in their fields, and inserting products into e-commerce.
