      Abstract
      Penggunaan bahan baku nabati lokal sebagai bahan baku pakan ikan terkendala mengandung serat kasar dan zat anti nutrisi yang berkorelasi negatif dengan kecernaan ikan. Cairan rumen domba mengandung enzim-enzim pencernaan untuk mendegradasi serat kasar sehingga menurunkan serat kasar pada bahan baku nabati. Tujuan studi pustaka ini adalah mengevaluasi dan menganalisis penggunaan cairan rumen domba pada beberapa bahan baku nabati lokal potensial sebagai sumber protein pakan untuk meningkatkan kecernaan pada ikan. Sumber pustaka dalam Studi pustaka ini didapatkan dari jurnal nasional, jurnal internasional, tesis, disertasi dan skripsi. Sumber pustaka fokus terhadap penurunan serat kasar menggunakan cairan rumen domba. Bahan baku nabati lokal yang dikaji dalam studi pustaka ini berupa hijauan (daun lamtoro dan daun tarum), bungkil kelapa (ampas kelapa dan ampas kelapa sawit), kulit buah (kulit buah coklat) dan biji-bijian (biji karet dan biji kapuk). Hasil studi pustaka ini bahwa cairan rumen domba mampu meningkatkan kecernaan bahan baku nabati lokal dengan menurunkan serat kasar dan meningkatkan nutrisi bahan sesuai proses pengolahan yang dilakukan.
       
      The use of local plant based as raw material for fish feed is constrained by containing crude fiber and anti-nutritional substances which negatively correlate with fish digestibility. Sheep rumen fluid enzymes contain digestive enzymes to degrade crude fiber thereby reducing crude fiber in plant based raw materials. The purpose of this literature study is to evaluate and analyze the use of sheep rumen fluid on several potential local vegetable raw materials for feed protein sources to improve digestibility in fish. Sources of literature on this literature study have been obtained from national journals, international journals, dissertations and theses. Literature sources focus on reducing crude fiber using the enzymes of sheep rumen fluid. Plant based raw materials studied in this literature study have been in the form of forage (lamtoro and tarum leaves), coconut (copra meal and palm kernel meal), fruit husk (cocoa pod husk) and seeds (rubber and cotton seeds). The results of this literature study have shown that sheep rumen fluid enzymes are able to improve the digestibility of local vegetable raw materials by reducing crude fiber and increasing the nutrition of materials according to the processing carried out.
