      Perencanaan Bisnis Dodol Ubi Kayu (Studi Kasus: Usaha Dodol Ubi Kayu Pak Bendot)

      Abstract
      Salah satu petani ubi kayu di Pekanbaru, yaitu Pak Sutikno, melakukan pengolahan ubi kayu menjadi dodol karena adanya penurunan harga ubi kayu mentah di saat pandemi. Hal ini dapat menjadi peluang dan dimanfaatkan untuk meningkatkan nilai tambah dari ubi kayu tersebut. Namun, adanya keterbatasan yang dimiliki petani dalam berwirausaha dan kurangnya pengetahuan untuk menjalankan usaha, sehingga diperlukannya suatu perencanaan bisnis yang baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui komponen perencanaan bisnis apa saja yang harus diterapkan pada aspek finansial dan non finansial pada usaha tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis data primer dengan cara observasi langsung, wawancara, dan berdiskusi dengan pelaku usaha dodol ubi kayu, dan data sekunder dengan studi pustaka. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Komponen perencanaan dari aspek non finansial meliputi rencana pemasaran, produksi, organisasi dan SDM serta manajemen risiko. Selain itu, hasil dari aspek finansial menunjukkan bahwa usaha dodol ubi kayu menguntungkan dengan nilai NPV sebesar Rp429.925.212; Net B/C 7,6; BEP 10.084 bungkus serta payback period 2 tahun 2 bulan.
       
      One of the cassava farmers in Pekanbaru, Mr. Sutikno, processed cassava into dodol because of the decrease in the price of raw cassava during the pandemic. This can be an opportunity and be used to increase the value added of the cassava. However, there are limitations that farmers have in entrepreneurship and lack of knowledge to run a business, so a good business planning is needed. The purpose of this research is to know what components of business planning should be applied to the financial and non-financial aspects of the business. This study uses primary data by direct observation, interviews, and discussions with cassava dodol entrepreneur, and secondary data with library studies. The methods that are used for data analysis are qualitative and quantitative. Planning components of non-financial aspects include marketing, production, organizational and human resources, and risk management. Moreover, the results from the financial aspect showed that cassava dodol business is profitable with NPV value Rp429.925.212; Net B/C 7,6; BEP 10.084 and payback period 2 years 2 months.
