      Abstract

Agribusiness and Technology Park (ATP) IPB is a horticultural agribusiness development model that integrates production and marketing in one package. Techno-economic analysis needs to be done to minimize the risk of failure in the operational planning of organic vegetable production. Along with plansto gradually increase production, it is necessary to analyze the technical aspects, costs, and investment criteria. The results showed that the current field conditions did not show optimal conditions. Therefore, optimization is needed to determine the optimal production conditions. Based on the investment appraisal criteria, the fifth scenario is the most ideal scenario which is done with a production target of 96 708 kg of vegetables/year with packing workers as many as 15 people. Meanwhile, in the sensitivity analysis of several cost components, there are changes that are very sensitive to the increase in wages of packaging workers. The addition of one worker will increase the cost structure of IDR 14 400 000 / year person and can increase the benefits that will be obtained by optimizing existing investments.
