Rancang Bangun Rantai Pasok Kakao berbasis Blockcain

Abstract

Kakao masuk ke Indonesia pada zaman penjajahan. Dalam peredaran kakao tentunya tidak terlepas dari adanya rantai pasok. Rantai pasok merupakan kegiatan perencanaan, pewujudan, dan pengendalian efisiensi dan aktivitas aliran dan penyimpanan barang dan jasa serta informasi terkait produsen hingga konsumen. Pada penelitian ini diambil studi kasus di salah satu usaha pengolahan coklat di Mojokerto. CV. XYZ memiliki permasalahan yaitu harga tawar petani yang rendah, petani hanya dapat menjual biji kakao kepada CV. XYZ, CV. XYZ masih menggunakan teknologi 3.0 yaitu whatsapp untuk berkomunikasi dengan petani dan ketua tani sehingga jumlah biji kakao beserta kualitas yang dihasilkan setiap petani belum dapat termonitor dengan baik, retail masih kesulitan untuk memasarkan produk di luar Mojokerto. Dalam memasuki era industri 4.0 ini permasalahan harus diselesaikan. Salah satu teknologi 4.0 yaitu blockchain dimanfaarkan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu system development life cycle yang terdiri dari lima tahap yaitu perencanaan sistem, analisis sistem, desain sistem, implementasi sistem, dan pengujian sistem. Desain sistem menggunakan dua diagram UML yaitu use case diagram dan activity diagram. Dalam implementasi dimanfaatkan ethereum, metamask, dan xampp. Pengujian sistem digunakan pengujian kotak hitam. Hasil pada penelitian ini yaitu aktor rantai pasok kakao sebelum penerapan blockchain terdiri dari petani, ketua tani, pabrik (CV. XYZ), retailer, dan konsumen. Pada saat telah diterapkan blockchain terdiri dari petani, pabrik (CV. XYZ), retailer, konsumen, dan ditambahkan logistik. Sistem dibangun dalam bentuk e-commerce yang digunakan untuk pengadaan barang dari stakeholder yang berada dalam rantai pasok kakao. Transaksi pada e-commerce telah berjalan di dalam ethereum yang merupakan platform blockchain yang digunakan dan ditandai oleh adanya transaction hash.

Cacao entered Indonesia during the colonial era. The circulation of cocoa, cannot be separated from the supply chain. The supply chain is an activity of planning, manifesting, and controlling efficiency and the activity of the flow and storage of goods and services as well as information related to producers to consumers. In this research, a case study was taken at one of the chocolate processing businesses in Mojokerto. CV. XYZ has a problem that is the low bargaining price of farmers, farmers can only sell cocoa beans to CV. XYZ, CV. XYZ still uses 3.0 technology which is Whatsapp to communicate with farmers and farmer leaders so that the number of cocoa beans along with the quality produced by each farmer cannot be monitored properly, retailers are still having trouble marketing products outside of Mojokerto. In entering the 4.0 industrial era, the problem must be resolved. One of the 4.0 technologies is the blockchain used to solve problems. The research method used is the system development life cycle which consists of five stages, namely system planning, system analysis, system design, system implementation, and system testing. The system design uses two UML diagrams namely use case diagram and activity diagram. In the implementation, ethereum, metamask, and xampp are utilized. System testing used black-box testing. The results of this study are the cocoa supply chain actors before the implementation of the blockchain consisting of farmers, head of farmers, factories (CV. XYZ), retailers, and consumers. When the blockchain was implemented, it consisted of farmers, factories (CV. XYZ), retailers, consumers, and logistics added. The system was built in the form of e-commerce which is used to procure goods from stakeholders who are in the cocoa supply chain. Transactions on e-commerce have been running in ethereum which is a blockchain platform that is used and is marked by a transaction hash.
