dc.description.abstractIndigofera zollingeriana Miq. adalah salah satu jenis leguminosa yang memiliki kandungan nutrient cukup tinggi. Cacing Eisenia foetida dan Lumbricus rubellus memiliki kemampuan untuk meningkatkan kesuburan tanah. Pupuk guano dapat merangsang pertumbuhan akar dan batang, serta meningkatkan efisiensi nitrogen. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengevaluasi pemberian cacing tanah (Eisenia foetida dan Lumbricus rubellus) dan pupuk guano terhadap produksi dan pertumbuhan Indigofera zollingeriana Miq. Rancangan perobaan yang digunakan yaitu Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan pola faktorial (2 jenis cacing tanah dan pemberian pupuk guano). Faktor perlakuan cacing diantaranya yaitu tanpa cacing, 100% of L. rubellus, 100% of E. foetida, 50% E. foetida dan 50% L.rubellus. Sedangkan perlakuan pupuk guano yaitu tanpa dan dengan pemberian pupuk guano. Parameter yang diamati yaitu tinggi tanaman, jumlah cabang, produksi biomassa tanaman, berat kering tanaman, jumlah nodul, kandungan nutrient (Protein kasar, Fosfor, Kalium) dan populasi cacing. Data dianalisis menggunakan sidik ragam (ANOVA), apabila terdapat hasil yang berbeda nyata, dilakukan uji lanjut Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT). Pemberian cacing tanah baik E. foetida maupun L. rubellus dan perlakuan pupuk guano tidak berdampak pada parameter pertumbuhan dan produksi biomassa Indigofera zollingeriana Miq.id
dc.description.abstractIndigofera zollingeriana Miq. is a legume plant that have the potential high nutrient. Eisenia foetida and Lumbricus rubellus earthworm has a capability to improve soil fertility. Guano fertilizer could stimulating root and shoot, and increasing efficiency of Nitrogen. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of earthworms E.foetida, L. rubellus and Guano fertilizer combination on productivity and quality of Indigofera zollingeriana Miq. This study used factorial completely randomized design consisting of two factors namely earthworm use and guano fertilizer levels. Treatment factor earthworms (without earthworms, 100% of L.rubellus, 100% of E. foetida, combination 50% E. foetida and 50 % L.rubellus), and treatment factor consisted of Guano fertilizer (without and with guano fertilizer addition). Data were analyzed by analysis of variance (ANOVA). The significant differences among treatment were examined using Duncan Multiply Range Test (DMRT). Parameters observed in this experiment were plant height, number of leaves, analysis of plant productivity, number of root nodules, crude protein (CP), phosphorus (P), potassium (K) content of plant. The conclusion of this research, the addition of both earthworms (E. foetida and L. rubellus) and guano fertilizer did not affect the parameter of growth and biomass production of Indigofera zollingeriana Miq.id
