Abstract
To reach a quality management systems, the food manufacturing/industry starts to the appropriate steps such as: a basic understanding of quality concepts and pratices by QC and TQC, to generate interest among manufactures in consumers ments by QA, to providers approaches to the planning and organization of a quality control system bt TQM, to provide acquiantance with international standard and measurement by ISO 9000 (series of universal standard).
