Abstract
Telah dikaji pengaruh tujuh formulasi media dan kondisi kultivasi (nilai pH awal hadium, suhu inkubasi, kecepatan agitasi, laju aerasi dan tipe bioreak) produksi bioinsektisida dari Bacillus thuringiensis var israelensis Tipe Liar dan Tipe Mutan dengan menganalisis pengaruhnya terhadap toksisitas dan perbedaan aktivitas Operosidal. The effect of the seven media formulation and the cultivation conditions (initial pH value of the medium, incubation temperature, agitation rates, aeration rates and type of bioreactors) on the production bioinsecticides from wild type and mutant type of Bacillus thuringiensis var israelensis have been investigated by analyzing its influence on the toxicity yield and differential mosquitocidal activities. The objective of the study was to obtain the explanation of differential toxicity yield of bioinsecticides produced.
