Small pelagic fisheries abundant in Tidore waters, but it has not been optimally utilized due to low productivity of existing fishing fleet mainly soma pajeko (mini purse seine) the objectives of this research are : (1) To identifying production factor from of mini purse seine fisheries in Tidore water; (2) To determine optimum level for effort and to identify feesibility spect of the business of fisheries in Tidore Water; (3) To formulate some recommendation to be optimal of production factor which the sharing. Survey and field observation were carried out promoting optimum production and Cob-Douglass analysis was used to determine relationship of production factors with the production of mini purse seine, common between financial analysis the masure feesibility and SWOT analysis to determine development strategis.
