Sutjahjo ,and Syaiful Anwar The main purpose of the study is to obtain a model of residential waste management within a system framework called “Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, and Participation” (3R+P), assessed particularly for people in Musi Riverside Palembang. To identify the strategy factors for the development of the system, this study employed a number of analyses named Existing-Condition analyses, Stakeholders-Needs analyses, and Expert Judgments. The resulted factors from the analyses were combined and treated as input variables in Prospective Analyses that generated three scenarios namely conservative, moderat, and progressive. By dynamic modeling simulation of the three scenario, the latter met the criteria of the system. | id |
