The research, conducted in March-May 2015 is located in the industrial area of Bukit Indah City, Cikampek, Karawang. Time performance analysis on the development of Astra Honda Motor factory using critical path method is done with the help of Microsoft Project 2013 program. With some additional information that is required, 3D modeling is done based on the Detail Engineering Design data of plant development project Astra Honda Motor. Then the time performance is analyzed using the task manager at Tekla Structure 17 in the form of barchart. Analysis of the S curve construction November to April in the above it can be seen that the resulting zero deviation. Deviation of zero is the desired target by the contractor.
