dc.description.abstractModeling of a building can be shows by two dimension (2D), three dimension (3D), and four dimension (4D). Modeling proceses when planning or post construction purposed to get more detail information about the structures. Bored pile are used to support and transmitted the upper load to underlying a stronger soil layer. The structures must be design by safety factor that determined so that the structures are safe to cover the overload possibility. The study aims to analyze and modeling the bored pile foundation of connecting building. The methods are data collection, modeling, analysis upper and down structures, and showing the result. Software Tekla Structures and SAP2000 are merged to modeling and analysis. The study started at February to June 2015 in Jakarta and IPB Campus. Foundation, column, beam, slab and reinforced will modeling by Tekla Structures 17. Result of analysis shows that foundation calculated base on SPT data. Meanwhile, value of safety factor K4a and K4b columns are higher than SF standard (2,5). Settlement of group foundation is 11,97 mm, and still below of permitted settlement 80 mm.id
