This study aimed to analyze the flow of water and the excess water needs that occur at BBPTP. The procedure consisted of field studies, literature review and data analysis. Based on the analysis, the direction of water flow in the area around the research flowing to the south where there is a Cijengkol river downstream water flow. Based on the analysis of the water needs of the consolidation that has been done can be concluded highest evapotranspiration values occurred in October that is 7.13 mm/day. The highest value of water demand in October is 2.10 lt/sec/ha. The maximum irrigation discharge occurs in the irrigation channel number 7 is 28.01 lt/sec with 13.34 ha area. Based on the analysis of rainfall can be summed value maximum daily rainfall for the area of research at the Center for Rice Research amounted to 76.25 mm with a return period of 2 years and Gumbel distribution. The maximum effluent discharge occurs in the drainage channel number 88 is 117.30 lt / sec with 14.15 ha area.id
