The simplest way of irrigation is put the water source higher than the field so that the design of irrigation system required the topographic mapping. The aims of this study is to make the topographic map of ICRR, land leveling designing, and analyzing the flow scheme. The results could be used as information and reference for planning and design of irrigation infrastructure in ICRR. Theodolite is used for mapping and the data obtained is processed with Microsoft Excel. The topographic map was made using Surfer and ArcMap. The highest elevation results is 15.611 meters above sea level, while the lowest elevation is 9.224 meters above sea level. The total area of ICRR measured with AutoCAD is 323.764 ha while using ArcMap the area is 331.345 ha. In the land leveling design, the volume of plow layer were taken by 1268183.2 m3 whereas the volume of the foundation layer from the process of cutting and banking is + 964128 m3. The flow scheme in ICRR generally leads to the north and south of the field, but in some parts is irregular. The flow scheme created from the land leveling design is more regular and runs to the north and south of the field.
