Bali is one of the central citrus productions in Indonesia. One of the obstacles that occurs in the production of citrus is its seasonal characteristic, so when harvest time the citrus productions will be overflowed and it makes the citrus’ price fallen sharply. The aim of this research is to study the effectiveness of paclobutrazol and KNO3 for induction flowering in off-season on the Siem Kintamani citrus (Citrus reticulata B.). This research was conducted at Mangguh Village, sub-district Kintamani, Bangli Regency. The experimental design is two factors Randomized Complete Block Design (RKLT). The expirement used paclobutrazol as a flowering induction and KNO3 as a breaking-dormancy. The Paclobutrazol’s dose are 0.0 (control), 0.5, 1.0, and 1.5 g/plant and the dose of KNO3 are 0.0 (control), 20 and 40 g/plant. The result shows that paclobutrazol and KNO3 can not increase the flowering, fruitset, and fruits total than control. Paclobutrazol application was effectively reduced the number of buds and reduced the leaves total than control. The interaction between paclobutrazol and KNO3 decreased the production of the buds significanlyid
