dc.description.abstractInternship activities was conducted at Kebun Bangun Bandar in February to June 2015. The internship was aimed to increase knowledge and job skills, and to study and analysie the fertilizer management of oil palm plantations. Management of fertilization was analyzed based on five rights concept and nutrients deficiency. Implementation of the concept of right dosage had not met recomended dosage, although amount of package had been in right usaged. Time of application at kebun Bangun Bandar had not been followed the SOP of fertilization. Kind of fertilizers had met recommended fertilizers. The right manners and places had not med Standar Operational Procedure (SOP) ferlization and should be improved. Based on visual observation, the dominant deficiency symptom of nutrient on immature palms was Boron, while on the mature palms was Kalium.id
