This study aim to: (1) analyze factors that affect the demand of fruits household at Lampung Province, (2) analyze the change response in quantity and quality demand of fruits due to changes in price and income at Lampung Province. The result shows that the variable price of fruits (either own price nor cross price), expenditure, and family size shown affect the demands of fruits. Based on value of the cross price elasticity, known that generally all fruits have a variation of demand elasticity, there are positive or negative in terms of both quality and quantity. Generally the value of income elasticity is positive on all types of fruits that analyzed.
