dc.description.abstractNational Electricity Company Tarahan South Lampung gave corporate social responsibility for community and environment by group approach. The efforts were made to increase knowledge, skill and the economy of community in around the company. Therefore, sustainability of the group is so important in order to occur behavior change of community. The aims of this study were: (1) analyze level of group dynamics and group efectivity; (2) analyze correlation between member characteristics and group dynamics; (3) analyze correlation between group dynamics and group efectivity. The design of this research is survey focusing on explanatory research and was conducted in Rangai Tritunggal Village, Katibung District, South Lampung. The field study was conducted from January until March 2015 and the numbers of respondents are 50 peoples. Descriptive and correlational rank Spearman analysis were used to explain this research. The results of this research showed that: (1) the level of group dynamics was low because the group goals are not specific, the structure is not clear, group role and function is not implemented optimally, coaching and development of group is not adequate, and there is not positive pressure. The level of group effectivity was low because members participation is low, the group do not make turn the board, the group has not planning activity and group activity is not implemented maximally, (2) low group dynamics correlated positively and significantly with low working motivation, intensity of extension, mentoring, and social interaction of the group and (3) group dynamics correlated positively and significantly with group effectivity, so the group must pay attention members participation, working adaptation, planning activity, implementation activity, and members satisfaction so that the group has high dynamics level.id
