dc.description.abstractBMT Itqan is one of BMT in Indonesia which use the Group Lending Model which is named of Program Pembiayaan Metode Kelompok (PPMK) which is based by social capital to society. While manage and distribute the group financing process, BMT Itqan has reduced Non Performing Finance (NPF) ratio by 0.39% in 2013 period. Previous study has shows that social capital is able to raises repayment rate to reduce NPF ratio. This was done during July to September 2014 period to analyze social capital characteristic and its effect to repayment rate of BMT Itqan’s customer with total 43 customers as respondents. To process data in this study descriptive analysis and logistic regression method were used. Customers who have a higher social trust have better opportunities repayment rate compared with customers who have a lower social trust. Social capital characteristics of BMT Itqan’s customer is quite good and logistic regression show variables which are significantly effect the repayment rate are age, education level, years of joining, and social trust as social capital variables.id
