Indian Mackerel (Rastrelliger kanagurta) is one of small pelagic fish that has a economic value. The purpose of this research was to determine the status of stocks and suggest management of Indian Mackerel (Rastrelliger kanagurta) and sustainability in the Sunda Strait based on catch data by fisherman landed on PPP Labuan, Banten. The research was conducted from May 2014 till October 2014. Total fishes that were caught is 480 individuals. The growth pattern of female Indian Mackerel is isometric and negative allometric for male Indian Mackerel. The amount of Maximum Sustainable Yield (MSY) and optimum efforts, 571 tonnes per year and the 1 010 trip per year. Exploitation rate was exceeded the optimum level is 0.5, implied that the Indian Mackerel fishery of Sunda Strait has been overfished. Management process that can be conducted is to regulate the fishing effort, fishing season, and mesh size.
