Eastern little tuna is one of the pelagic fish that have important economic value. The purpose of this research was to determine the status stocks and proper management of Eastern little tuna (Euthynnus affinis) and sustainability in the Sunda Strait based on catch data by fisherman landed on PPP Labuan, Banten. This research was carried out from May to November 2014. Data analysis consisted of sex ratio, length relationship weight, gonad maturity level, first ripe gonad size, fecundity, age group identification, growth parameter, the rate of exploitation, and surplus production models. The results showed Eastern little tuna has positive allometric growth. The rate of exploitation of tuna has exceeded the optimum exploitation rate. The number of MSY and optimum efforts amount 2 229 tonnes per year and the 4 907 trip per year. Management that can be done is the setting of catch and fishing effort, determination of fishing season, and fishing gear selectivity.en
