Javan slow loris (N. javanicus) is an endangered species however ecological data and information about its life in nature is limited. According to the IUCN, javan slow loris is one of the critical wildlife status (critically endangered) and listed on Appendix I of CITES since 2007. This study aimed to investigate daily activities of N. javanicus and to assess correlation between climate, moon phase and daily activities of javan slow loris in the Mount Halimun Salak National Park (MHSNP) West Java. Behavioral observations was carried out using a modified method of focal time sampling. Principal Component Analysis (PCA) was used to determine the correlation between the climatic aspects and daily activities. Behavioral observations was conducted on two wild adult females. The most dominant of daily activities N. javanicus were travelling (37.9%), feeding (21.8%), active (12.5%) and foraging (12.3%). N. javanicus preferred natural food items such as nectar (79.9%), sap (16.6%), insects (3.0%) and fruits (0.5%). Correlation climate aspect and moon phase of the daily activities N. javanicus was 59.3%. Phases of the moon gave impact mostly on the daily activities. Nycticebus javanicus is a primate lunar phobia or likely to be active in slightly or no light conditions (dark).en
