The development of small scale fisheries in Indonesia is not quite grow because of difficult to getting loan. PPI Tanjung Pasir is dominated by small scale long line fisheries. The objective of this research are to describe the fishing unit, productivity and financial feasibility. This research used descriptive method. The result showed that long liner was 3-4 GT wood boat, with lenght: 7.5-10 m, width: 2-3 m, and draft 1-2 m. There were 3 fishermen in one fishing unit. The lenght of long line is 3 000-4 000 m, aproximately the number of hook were 600-1 000. Composition of long line catches were dominated by white snapper (Lates carcarifer). Productivity per trip was 28.09 kg/trip/year, boat productivity was 1.899 ton/GT/year, gear productivity (hook rate) was 0.05 fish/trip/boat, and fisherman productivity was 9.36 kg/man/trip. Based on investment analysis, R/C ratio was 1.11, payback period was 2.36 year, ROI was 42%, NPV Rp30 253 594, IRR 51.30% and Net B/C ratio was 2.01. Refers to productivity and financial analysis, Tanjung Pasir long line business is feasible to be continued and expanded.
