| dc.description.abstract | Until now, Many Indonesia Fisherman are still poperty and wagging system is some causes of it. The purpose of this research is describe of Fisherman condition and Wagging System, analysis of the best fisherman wagging system, and analysis impact of number of working hours to fisherman income in Tamperan Fishing Port. The data collection metodh use survey metodh with snowball and stratified rundom sampling for choice the sample. The data was analyzed with description analysis, linear regretion and comparation. The result of this research show all of fisheries enterprices use profit sharring system. Many Kind of profit sharring system such as purse seine fisheries have 4 kind, and handline fisheries have 2 kind and traditional fisheries have 4 . Profit sharring in handline is divided by sum of crew. And profit sharring of Tradisional fisheries is devided by kind of instrument catching that use. Handline fisheries profit sharring system become the best profit sharring system in Tamperan Fishing Port after all kind of profit sharrine is caompared with UU RI number 16 1964, and Mudharabah profit sharring system.
