dc.description.abstractCost analysis is a basic in a project Budget Plan Estimates (BPE). The analysis has to be done carefully and thoroughly so that the project do not get losses. The goal of this research is 1) to know about the differences in concrete structure works cost analysis between AHSP and contractor method, 2) to know about unit price of works that has the most significant differences, and 3) analyzing works that has the most significant cost differences. The works that has the most significant unit price difference will be traced in the coefficient and unit price calculation. Materials used of this research is secondary datas from a project and AHSP guidelines. This study results shows that the highest percentage unit price difference is the pile work which is 50.85% and tie beam TB2 which is 50.07%. The smallest percentage unit price difference is the entrance concrete slab and first floor roof slab which is 18.16% and 20.36%. In AHSP calculation consist of indirect costs which added 15% from the direct costs. The differences of the calculation between AHSP and contractor are most because of experience and information of a different reference standard.en
