Equitable economy development is the ultimate goal of a state to increase people’s prosperity. Human development indicators can be measured by Human Development Index (HDI). This research aims to analyze factors which affect HDI in West Nusa Tenggara Province. This research uses two methods, descriptive methods and quantitive Random Effects Model. This study shows that variable which has significant positive impact is GDP per capita. In other hand, poverty level and gini ratio have significant negative impact to HDI in West Nusa Tenggara.en
