Dengue fever, malaria, and filariasis are lethal diseases which need immediate treatment. Therefore, an analysis to identify the spread and factors causing the illness is necessary. In dealing with contagious diseases, there exists spatial dependency between neighboring regions, as shown by Moran Index of 0.655. Therefore, spatial analysis approach is utilized. Furthermore, spatial variation is also discovered so Geographically Weighted Regression (GWR) is applied to determine the significancy of the variables locally. Those three variables have a significant effect in the eastern region of Indonesia. Influential variables in North Sulawesi and Gorontalo are the slum households and ratio of puskesmas. Influential variables in the province of East Nusa Tenggara and Southeast Sulawesi are the slum households and precipitation. Meanwhile, in the province of West Sulawesi, South Sulawesi, Central Sulawesi and West Nusa Tenggara only one influential variable, ie the percentage of slum households. The other provinces were not significant at the 5% significance level.en
