Internship activities aims to improve the ability to understand the actual oil palm cultivation in the field, gain technical and managerial experience as well as aligning theory with practice in the field and analyze the factors that have influenced the productivity of oil palm. This internship implemented at Sei Batang Ulak Estate, PT Ciliandra Perkasa, First Resources Limited, Riau in February- June 2013. Productivity of oil palm at Sei Batang Ulak estate based on analysis result affected by harvester working day, age of plant, crop output, temperature and duration of sun exposure. The coefficient of determination (R2Adj) in multiple linear regression analysis was 99.4%, which means that as many as 99.4% of variation dependent variable (productivity) can be explained by the independent variables (weekdays, age of plant, crop output, rainy days, rainfall, temperature, humidity, duration of sun exposure and wind speed) are contained in the model equations. Productivity of oil palm in Sei Batang Ulak estate approaching the average standards of potential productivity of marihat varieties (24 ton ha–1) that is equal to 23.701 ton ha–1. Keywords: age of plant, climate, harvester working day, multiple linear regression
