Rubber tree (Hevea brasiliensis) breeding have problem because it takes long time and wide area to select new superior clones. On the other hand, the effort to increase rubber trees planting is not followed by availability of original clone seeds. Quick and accurate identification is needed to solve these problems. One of strategy that can be used to solve these problems is by using Simple Sequence Repeats (SSR) molecular marker. The aim of this research was to select SSR primer that identify the 17 rubber clones specifically by its DNA pattern and polymorphism degree. Nine primers used to amplified the 17 DNA of rubber clones. SSR results was evaluated by 3% agarose and 6% polyacrilamide. Eight of nine primers in this research can identify some rubber clones. Those primers are SSRH403, SSRH548, gSSR165, gSSR212, gSSR268, EHB109, EHB169, and HBE280. The most informative primer that is SSRH403 (PIC: 0.7069) can identify five clones, while the weakest primer that is HBE280 (PIC: 0) can identify just one clone.en
