Department of Statistics as an undergraduate program in IPB needs to evaluate its performance, one of them is Field Work (PL). Field Work is a subject in Department of Statistics IPB with 4 credits which held on semester 8. Since 2013, Department of Statistics change the schedule of PL to semester 7. The purposes of PL are to allow students to carry out field work (internship), study the application of statistics, and if it is possible for students to get research’s material. One strategy to know how the goals of PL have been achieved is by determining the perception and satisfaction level of the participants through collecting all the participants data. The analysis that used in this research include descriptive analysis, Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), customer satisfaction index, and biplot analysis. The result of IPA shows the attributes that have to be improved are socialization of PL and communication between participants and lecturers. The result of customer satisfaction index is 68.83% which indicates that the performance of the comitee is quite satisfied. Biplot analysis shows that participants in the university have lower satisfaction index each atribut than the other institution.en
