dc.description.abstractThe experiment was conducted on Maret to June 2014 at the Experimental Farm Bogor Agricultural University, Cikabayan, Dramaga, Bogor. The purpose of research was to observation the effect of high temperature on the crossing-genotypes, got the tolerant crossing-genotypes, and created the genotype that has the best heterosis and heritability value. In this research, there are 4 the crossing-genotypes that tolerant in high temperature, namely: IPB 4S x Situ Patenggang Marinah x IPB 6R, IPB 4S x IPB 6R, and IPB 4S x IR64. The result of research showed that the number of total tillers, productive tillers, the number of filled out stalks, the mass of filled out/plant, the mass of empty stalks/plant, the total mass of stalks, and the mass of thousand grain was very significantly different for all of genotypes. The number of tillers total 45 DAP (days after planting), the age of flowering, the age of harvesting, the number of empty stalks, and the percentage of filled out stalks was significantly different for all of genotypes. The height of plant 45 DAP and harvesting, the greening of leaf 45 DAP and harvesting, the capacity period, the height of panicle, and the number of stalks total was not significantly different.en
