dc.description.abstractThe interhensip program has been conducted at PT. Tunggal Mitra Plantation, Minamas Plantation, 1st Manggala Estate, located in the village of Siarang-arang, Pujud, Rokan Hilir, Riau Province from February to June 2014. The internship program was conducted to improve knowledge, attitude, work skill, experience, to learn the right palm oil harvest processing technically and management. Variables that observed were harvest interval, harvest density, labour management, harvest quality control, and transportation management. Harvesting problem that found at1st Manggala of 1st division were labourless and inapproriate prunning.en
