dc.description.abstractSalak Pondoh adalah salah satu buah yang mempunyai nilai ekonomi tinggi. Harga Salak Pondoh yang fluktuatif dan terdapat perbedaan harga yang tinggi antara petani dengan konsumen menyebabkan rendahnya perolehan yang diterima petani. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) menganalisis lembaga, fungsi dan saluran tataniaga dan 2) menganalisis efisiensi sistem tataniaga Salak Pondoh melalui pendekatan marjin tataniaga, farmer’s share dan rasio keuntungan terhadap biaya. Observasi dan wawancara dilakukan kepada 35 petani dan 12 lembaga tataniaga dengan metode snowball sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif.Analisis kualitatif digunakan untuk mengetahui lembaga, fungsi dan saluran tataniaga Salak Pondoh di Desa Wonokerto, sedangkan analisis kuantitatif digunakan untuk menghitung marjin tataniaga, farmer’s share dan rasio keuntungan terhadap biaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 5 saluran tataniaga Salak Pondoh yang ada di Desa Wonokerto yang menjalankan fungsi yang berbeda-beda. Saluran III relatif efisien dibandingkan saluran lainnya. Saluran ini merupakan saluran terpendek yang hanya melibatkan pedagang pengecer sebagai lembaga tataniaga dengan harga jual di tingkat petani sebesar Rp 5750 per kg, marjin tataniaga sebesar Rp 3500 per kg, farmer’s share tertinggi sebesar 76.67% dan rasio keuntungan terhadap biaya sebesar 1.40.en
dc.description.abstractPondoh snakefruit is one of the fruit products that has a great economic value. The fluctuating price of Pondoh snakefruit and the high price difference at the farmers and end consumers cause low price that farmer’s receive. The purposes of the research are : 1) to analyse the institution, function and marketing distribution, and 2) to analyse the efficiency of Pondoh snakefruit with the approach of marketing margin, farmer’s share and benefit cost ratio. The interview and observation were conducted with 35 farmers and 12 institutions with snowball sampling methods. Data analyse method used in the research are qualitative and quantitative analysis. Qualitative analysis is used to know the institution, function and marketing distribution of Pondoh snakefruit in Wonokerto Village, while quantitative analysis is used to measure marketing margin, farmer’s share and benefit cost ratio. Result of the research shows that there are five channels of Pondoh snakefruit marketing distribution at Wonokerto Village that run different functions. Third channel is relatively more efficient than other channels. This channel is the shortest channel that involves only retailer as a marketing distribution with selling price on farmer’s level at Rp 5 750 per kg, marketing margin at Rp 3 500 per kg, highest farmer’s share at 76.67% and benefit to cost ratio at 1.40.en
