Peranan Pemimpin Informal dalam Keberlanjutan Kelompok (Kasus : Gapoktan Ternak Domba Mekar Jaya, Desa Kadipaten, Kecamatan Kadipaten, Kabupaten Majalengka, Propinsi Jawa Barat)

Abstract

This research take the theme about the role of Informal Leaders in Sustainability process of farmers group. The group here is Farmers sheep groups united that called Mekar Jaya. The frame of this research think that the sustainabilty of Farmers group is influenced by several factors. Those are internal factors of group, The role of informal leaders, afld external factors of group. This research also want to see about The rank or stage of sustainability of group itself. The sample of research is about 79 peoples who is the members of group. The data was collected by using quitiinary and depth interview. The survei has conducted since March until April 2002. Finnaly, the data was analyzed by using Tau-kendall technique to explain correlation among sustainability of group with the factors that can influence it. Sosiometry technique is also using to find the cliques and the leaders in group. The analysis is completed by explaining the development stage of group with planned change method.
