A good drainage system is a necessity for a livable and comfortable area. Bogor Agricultural University is a campus that has a problem with puddles each time there the heavy rain occurs. This drainage planning used the rainfall data that would be turn out in discharge plan, based on the rational method, and compared with the actual rainfall. In determining canals planning and analysis of flow scheme, the manning equation and Automatic Total Station (ATS) was used. Based on the results it can be seen that the flow scheme of the Bogor Agricultural University drainage which led the water to Babakan Doneng village was needed to be stopped because it was violating the law. The water discharge must be directed to a Ciapus river or Cileutik lake instead. Based on the budgeting calculation, the total cost to fix this canals system would be 301,539,958.66 IDR. These funds were spent to build the line along 850 m. In addition, to decrease the puddle, a better new drainage systems needed to be designed, so that it could remove excess water from the street to Cileutik lake and all the water that fell could be absorbed into the ground in accordance with the concept of zero runoff systemen
