In order to distribute the superstructure’s load, substructure should be designed in such a way as to observe the condition of the landscape, soil bearing capacity, type and dimensions of substructural components, selection of materials and construction methods, as well as considering the environmental conditions in which the structure is built . This study aims to determine the flood water level of Cikeas River and plan the structure of the bridge foundation and pier on Cimanggis- Cibitung’s Tollway Projects. Pier’s structure which to be reviewed is P40 pier which has 17.8 m height and is located on the Cikeas River flow. Flood water level return 50 years period of Cikeas River is 2.4 m. Based on the analysis of soil carrying capacity, the selected soil bearing capacity using data of NSPT is 5210.541 kN with a kind of bored pile foundation, depth of 22 m, and a diameter of 1.2 m. The foundation is planned amount to 30 pieces (5 x 6 pieces) with an efficiency is 0.668. The foundation plan has met the safety criteria of the category axial load, lateral load, and the risk of structure settlement. Pier is designed “Y” shaped which has size 4x4 m. Pier is design with bending and shear steel but do not require torque steel.
