Various studies have shown that Leunca plants especially the fruit and leaves have many pharmacological activities. This study aims to examine the bioactive components of Leunca leaf qualitatively, cytotoxicity and activity of Leunca leaf extracts through the solubility of calcium oxalate that main ingredient constituent of kidney stones. Extraction Leunca leaf maceration is done using a variety of solvents, namely water, 30% ethanol, 70% ethanol and 96% ethanol. Based on the extraction solvent extract obtained by extraction of water, 30% ethanol, 70% ethanol and 96% ethanol at 39.67, 19.00, 17.66 and 26.63%. Phytochemical components contained in Leunca leaves are alkaloids, flavonoids, tannins and saponins. The results of measurements of calcium levels using turbidimetri and AAS methods showed decreased levels of calcium. Best decline is there in the addition of solvent water extract at a concentration of 1.5%. The test results indicate that the biological potential of the best extract owned by the water extract with LC50 values of 136.435 ppm.en
