| dc.description.abstract | Development activities needs to be sustainable .Green building is one of the sustainable development concept. The main purpose of this research is to analyze community perception of green building, identify the construction process, analyze the construction cost, estimate energy and water efficiency. Research shown only 5% respondents know the concept of green building. The community has a good perception about green building. Construction cost of the green building is IDR22,154,000,000. The construction cost is IDR8,354,000,000 (60,54%) more expensive compared with conventional buiding’s cost. Energy efficiency in the green building compared with design’s Energy Consumption Index (ECI) is 71,61% with the economy value IDR58,083,193 per year and if compared with conventional building’s ECI is 66,62% with economy value IDR461,401,792.5 per year. Water efficiency is 10,98% with the economy value IDR3,207,472.125 per year. | en |
