Cement industry, sawmill, and limestone kiln are potential sources of air pollution. The aim of the research was to describe physical characteristics of dustfall and suspended particulate, i.e. their concentration in ambient air, shape and size distribution frequency that was generated by each industry. The method used in this research was gravimetric based on SNI 19-7119.6-2005 and SNI 19- 7119.3-2005. Result of the measurement showed that the highest dustfall concentration was found in sawmill, i.e. 8.7 ton/km2month. The highest concentration of total suspended particulate (TSP) was found in sawmill as well , i.e. 131 μg/Nm3. Dustfall from cement industry have generally round shape with rough surface. Dustfall from sawmill have irregular shape, porous structure, long shape and rough surface. Dustfall from limestone kiln’s shape were rounded and oval. 85% of dustfall from cement industry ranged from 0 to 2.5 μm. 74% of dustfall from sawmill ranged from 100 to 500 μm and 65% of dustfall from limestone kiln were in between 2.5 to 10 μm.en
