The experiment was conducted at Kebun Percobaan Muara, Balai Besar Penelitian Tanaman Padi, Bogor in December 2013 until March 2014. The objective of the research was to evaluate yield of doubled haploid lines obtained from anther culture and 4 cultivars as checks. This study used a randomized complete block design with 3 replications. The result showed that genotype gave very significant effect on the observed variables. The lines Bio-R68 (3.25 ton/ha), Bio-R69 (3.31 ton/ha), Bio-R71 (3.16 ton/ha), Bio-R81 (3.08 ton/ha), Bio-R82-1 (3.51 ton/ha), Bio-R82-2 (3.16 ton/ha), Bio-R84-1 (3.33 ton/ha), Bio-R84-2 (3.30 ton/ha), Bio-R85-1 (2.92 ton/ha), Bio-R85-2 (3.23 ton/ha), Bio-R88 (3.11 ton/ha), and Bio-R95 (3.42 ton/ha) gave productivity equals to cultivars as control, i.e. Inpari 13 (3.68 ton/ha), Inpari 20 (3.59 ton/ha), and Ciherang (3.38 ton/ha). Bio- R82-1 (3.51 ton/ha) and Bio-R95 (3.42 ton/ha) gave productivity higher than Inpari 18 (2.56 ton/ha).en
