Increasing nutrition for plant can be by adding organic material into soil. Organic material can be added by ex situ and in situ. This experiment was conducted to study about production of material organic in several varieties of cassava stand by monoculture and intercropping with yam bean. Experiment was held in Cikabayan Experiment Station, Bogor Agricultural University. This study was used Split Plot design. The main plot factor were four variety of cassava: Adira 1, Adira 4, Malang 4 and UJ 5. The sub plot factor were two kind of cropping system: monoculture and intercropping with yam bean. Cassava could produce dry matter between 2.90-7.18 ton ha-1 by harvest in 7 MAP. The highest of organic material was resulted by Adira 1, i.e. 6.39-7.18 ton ha-1 . The lowest production of material organic was resulted by Malang 4, i.e. 2.90-3.66 ton ha-1. Intercropping by yam bean did not show any significant to organic material product which was planted in 3 MAP cassava. Soil nutrient increased the nutrient value of C-org, N, and P in fourth of varieties except UJ 5 decreased for C-Org.en
