Information factors can be used as one tool in population control considerations. This study used the data of National Socio economic Survey of West Java Province in 2011. Regression tree in rural produce 5 end nodes with the most effective explanatory variable is the status of the use of family planning, expenditure per capita per month, and the use of toilet.
