Kajian Optimisasi Kombinasi Produk Pada IKM Roti Jogja di Bekasi
Abstract
Production optimization is the use of factors of production as efficiently as possible. Linear Programming is a mathematical method of allocating scarce resources to achieve objectives such as maximizing profits or minimizing costs. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that affect profits, formulate linear programming, and examine changes in the level of profit bakery products and pia at IKM Roti Jogja for 1 year or 6 coming period. From the results obtained combination product production optimization using analytical methods of primal and sensitivity analysis. Of these methods show an increase in corporate profits, and utilization of production resources are not optimal. hese results can be used as setting policy for the company next year
